Seminars in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia

This quarterly journal serves the educational needs of clinicians practicing cardiac, thoracic, vascular anesthesia, thoracic and abdominal transplant anesthesia, pediatric/congenital cardiothoracic anesthesia, and related specialties.

The journal provides the anesthesia practitioner with access to timely reviews that summarize the data and expert opinion supporting evidence-based medicine and current best practices. It fulfills an important niche as one of only two journals devoted to the anesthetic and perioperative care of patients with heart, lung, vascular, and pediatric/congenital heart disease as well as patients requiring thoracic or abdominal organ transplantation.
