Shanon Conroy is an Associate Director within Wolters Kluwer's U.S. Regulatory Consulting (USRC) team. With more than 23 years of experience, she is a trusted advisor to financial institutions on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence.

Shanon leads a comprehensive portfolio of Data Management Services that support financial institutions in managing the accuracy, integrity, and reporting of regulatory data. Her expertise spans data processing, geocoding, regulatory edit checks, data integrity reviews, and regulatory submission services. She has worked with institutions of all sizes to enhance data quality, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen regulatory compliance efforts.

Drawing on her extensive knowledge of HMDA and CRA requirements, Shanon also assists financial institutions with CRA market analyses, assessment area reviews, examination preparedness, and lending distribution analysis. She works closely with institutions to evaluate performance and support examination readiness.

A recognized trainer and industry subject matter expert, Shanon has developed and delivered educational programs that help clients navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and maximize the value of their compliance technology investment. She specializes in training users on CRA Wiz® SaaS, providing practical insights into system functionality, reporting capabilities, and industry best practices. She also delivers regulatory training focused on HMDA and CRA regulations.
