Bas Kniphorst is EVP & Managing Director of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Europe, a leading global provider of information, software, and integrated workflow solutions for tax, accounting, and audit professionals. In this role, Bas is responsible for the strategy, direction and results of the TAA-division in Europe.
Bas joined Wolters Kluwer in 2001 and has held various leadership roles. Before his current role, he served as Vice President & Managing Director, Benelux in our Legal & Regulatory division. Prior to that role, Bas served as Vice President of Product Management Research & Learning for Tax & Accounting in the United States and Canada. Bas was also General Manager at Wolters Kluwer’s Asia Pacific businesses. He has a passion for our customers and for product development.
Bas Kniphorst holds a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from Hatfield College, Durham University, United Kingdom. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Amsterdam.
