On the other side of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will have a new professional environment. We have all learned a lot very quickly, and this education must be carried forward into the future. Much of what the pandemic exposed was gaps in our Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). As we look forward to the post-pandemic environment, we need to revisit our BCPs so we don’t have to go through this again.

- Critique our BCP performance during the pandemic
- Demonstrate BCP best practices that should be applied going forward
- Develop a plan for testing the BCP regularly with respect to emerging risks
