A seasoned health executive with more than 25 years of experience in software and services businesses for the healthcare industry, Karen has a proven track record of delivering meaningful revenue and margin growth through new product innovation, building technology platforms that introduce scale, developing strategic partnerships, and driving process excellence.
Since joining Wolters Kluwer, Karen has held a variety of senior management roles including most recently Vice President and General Manager of Clinical Surveillance Compliance and Data Solutions, Wolters Kluwer Health. Her responsibility in that position was managing market-leading solutions that provide clinical surveillance, risk detection and data normalization to improve the quality of patient care, regulatory compliance and operational performance of organizations in the healthcare industry.
A Six Sigma Black Belt, Karen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
