John Mealey is a Senior Project and Program Management Leader with experience delivering complex platform implementations, system integrations, and regulatory consulting programs for major financial institutions. He specializes in solution delivery, process improvement, and adoption across financial services, risk and compliance, and technology-enabled organizations. 

In John’s current role in US Regulatory Consulting (USRC), he manages multi-workstream engagements across Compliance Management System (CMS), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and related compliance areas — overseeing planning, financials, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes. His background also includes IT project management, professional services leadership, project management office (PMO) design, and regulatory program execution supporting Tier 1 banks, asset managers, and regulated enterprises. 

John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Operations from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
