Getting started with CCH Quick Start

Simple set-up and implementation

Set up consists of three easy steps before you get started with training.

1. First, confirm your firm information. Firm information flows into your CCH Axcess Tax software during installation, so make sure to double-check everything before continuing.
2. Second, set up your Default Administrator. Once set up, the default administrator can convert and import return data from your previous system, add new users, configure e-filing, and more.
3. The last step is registering for an account on our support site, support.cch.com. Once registered, you can access live support chat, self-service tools, the on-demand knowledge base and video library, and the user community.

Once you’ve finished set-up, visit the eLearning Portal to access informative training materials that will help you get started with CCH Axcess Tax.

On-demand, online learning helps you get the most out of your new software. Learn how to use the Install and Update Manager to download your software and stay current with updates. Set-up training teaches you everything you need to know about configuring your software, including how to convert and import data from your previous tax software. End-user training walks you through the basics of creating and filing returns.
