Between staffing shortages and higher patient acuity, nursing care delivery is arriving at a breaking point

Traditional care models are no longer sufficient for nurses to deliver high-quality care and maintain patient safety. In this session, frontline nurse leaders will share how they are transitioning to innovative care models that fully leverage nurse skills, competencies, and technologies.

Listening to this webinar will allow you to:

  1. Save time and reduce administrative burdens.
  2. Provide real-time support and relief for overextended teams.
  3. Create new opportunities for nurses to operate at the top of their license.

By empowering nurses to lead organizational change initiatives, executives can foster stronger staff engagement, improve satisfaction, and build sustainable pathways that reduce turnover and strengthen retention.
