Based in Dallas, TX, Elizabeth (Liz) Grigorian has been with CT since 1997. Liz is a member of the Business Compliance and Government Relations Team, monitoring legislative changes and working with the State filing offices to maintain the extensive databases available to CT’s service teams.

As the product manager for CT Corporation’s Business License Transactional and Managed Services product line, her focus is helping customers improve compliance and reduce risk with ever-changing and complex business license requirements.

Mike is a Senior Client Relationship Manager on CT’s Deal Maker Team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions support, real estate transaction services, and secured lending & structured finance for law firms in the greater New York City area.

Therosa is a Senior Customer Success Associate. She works directly with customers to help manage their legal entity data and maintain their compliance.

Troy Ayala is a Compliance Business Consultant for CT Corporation. His responsibilities include research, delivering onsite training, and assessing CT Corporation customer workflow management for all transactions, including entity management.
