Stacey Caywood is a Member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer
Stacey Caywood was appointed as a Member of the Wolters Kluwer Executive Board in May 2025. She will succeed Nancy McKinstry as CEO after Ms. McKinstry’s retirement in February 2026. Since 2020, Ms. Caywood had served as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Health where she led the further evolution and development of Wolters Kluwer’s healthcare solutions, ensuring medical and nursing professionals around the world can benefit from advanced clinical technology and evidence-based data and insights.
Since 2020, Ms. Caywood had served as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Health where she led the further evolution and development of Wolters Kluwer’s healthcare solutions, ensuring medical and nursing professionals around the world can benefit from advanced clinical technology and evidence-based data and insights.
Previously, as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, she led a strategic transformation across Europe and the U.S., returning the business to organic growth. Earlier in her career, Ms. Caywood was President and CEO of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business and held a number of management and leadership roles of increasing responsibility within the Company.
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 15, 2025, Ms. Caywood was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer, with the intention of appointing her as CEO in February 2026 upon the retirement of Wolters Kluwer current CEO and Chair of the Executive Board, Nancy McKinstry.
Stacey earned an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University, Medford, MA.
