Kevin Entricken (United States, 1965) has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer since May 1, 2013.
In his current role, he is responsible for the corporate areas of Accounting, Business Analysis & Control, Internal Audit and Internal Controls, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Real Estate, Risk Management, Taxation, and Treasury.
Mr. Entricken joined Wolters Kluwer in 2003. He has been CFO of Wolters Kluwer Health for three years, during which time he played a major role in transforming the Health portfolio. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations, and as CFO of the business unit Law & Business at Wolters Kluwer.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Mr. Entricken held senior finance positions in the operating units of information and media companies, including Reed Elsevier and EMI Music. He began his career and worked for several years at KPMG.
Kevin Entricken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the CNBC Global CFO Council.
In 2021, Kevin Entricken was named CFO of the year by his Dutch peers.
Mr. Entricken graduated in 1987 from Montclair State University, New Jersey and was qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
