I am very impressed with Practical Insights which was prepared by practitioners for practitioners. The design and set-up shows real attention was given to the needs of a practicing arbitration lawyer. The section on "Practical Steps" sets this apart from a regular commentary text. The "Country and Institution Comparison" tab provides easy cross-referencing and comparison of laws in different jurisdictions and arbitral institutional rules at a single glance. It is a very useful tool for any arbitration lawyer given the increasingly international and multi-jurisdictional nature of arbitration work.

Kluwer Arbitration Practice Plus, including the ‘Practical Insights’ topical modules, is a “must-have” tool. ‘Practical Insights’ are equally useful to arbitration novices in need of rapid introductions to complex topics, as it is to seasoned practitioners looking for reliable refreshers and actionable guidance on practical issues. The combination of short, practice-oriented, commentaries written by established practitioners, with cleverly-curated lists of key cases and publications allows users to expedite their research and strategic decision-making, while minimizing the risk of missing important information. The links to the broader Kluwer Arbitration catalogue built into Practice Plus allows users to make the best of Kluwer Arbitration.
