This report is based on a survey of over 150 legal departments in the Nordics and provides an overview of the digital maturity level of legal departments across the Nordics. These results are compared to last years survey to show progress on the digital maturity.
Key findings:
- 75% of the legal departments in the Nordics owns the tools and processes for the management of legal risks within the company.
- Legal departments in the Nordics strongly agree on the importance of having a digital strategy, but in practice lag behind in the existence and implementation.
- Only 51% of the legal departments work systematic on the management and prevention of potential and emerging legal risks.
