Attendee Registration - What's included

Base Attendee Registration Fee: $1,795

The attendee registration fee includes all general sessions, registered elective sessions, roundtable and panel discussions, access to the alliance showcase, meals, and entertainment, and transportation to and from TeamMate User Forum events. The fee does not include hotel accommodations or transportation to and from the resort.

Guest Registration - What's included

Base Guest Registration Fee: $575

Guests (i.e. friends or family members) are invited to join you for evening dinners and events, however, the general sessions, elective sessions, breakfast, and lunchtime meals are intended for attendees only. Guests are limited to one per paid attendee and must be at least 21 years of age. Children are not permitted at any TeamMate User Forum events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations submitted on or before June 30, 2021, will be refunded in full. Cancellations submitted on or between July 1 and August 31, 2021, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations submitted after August 31, 2021, are non-refundable.
