What does the registration fee include?

The attendee registration fee includes all general sessions, registered elective sessions, roundtable and panel discussions, access to the alliance showcase, meals, and entertainment, and transportation to and from TeamMate User Forum events. The fee does not include hotel accommodations or transportation to and from the resort. 

What is the policy on guest registrations?

Your paid guest (such as a friend or family member) is invited to join you for evening events, however, breakfast and lunch, general sessions, classes, roundtables, panel discussions, and workshops are intended for attendees only. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and are limited to one per paid attendee. The guest fee is $575. Children are not permitted at TeamMate User Forum events.

Can I send one user per day? Can I attend one day for a discounted price?

At this time we do not allow for single-day pricing. Attendees are expected to attend the full progression of classes and sessions. Attendees are also encouraged to attend the welcome reception, which kicks off the TeamMate User Forum Sunday evening, the night before the first full day.

Is CPE available for attendees of the Forum?

Yes, CPE will be offered to all TeamMate User Forum attendees. You can earn more than 17 CPE credits for attending the User Forum. As we get closer to the event we'll be able to provide a more exact amount.

Can you help me convince my approving manager that the 2021 TeamMate User Forum is worth attending?

While the majority of sessions offer CPE, there may be a small number that does not. Course details will be posted on the Classes section of this site when they are available. Attendees may receive more than 17 CPE credits if all sessions are attended. This depends on if your state allows for 1/2 credits, as several of the sessions will be provided 1.5 CPEs due to session length.

Can I opt-out of having my photo taken and included in conference marketing and communication materials??

Registration and attendance at or participation in the TeamMate User Forum and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to Wolters Kluwer's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

I am a prospective customer and wanted to know if I can attend the forum without having purchased TeamMate?

What should I bring to this event?

We recommend you pack for a casual business trip. Remember that conference rooms are air-conditioned and you may wish to bring a light sweater or jacket. If you plan to use hotel facilities, please plan accordingly (golf clubs, swimsuit, etc.) 

I have a question about TeamMate. What can I do to ensure that it is answered during the event?

For immediate answers to all questions, please send an email to TeamMate Support or contact the product support for your region. There will also be many TeamMate product experts onsite at the forum, who will be happy to assist you. As always, you are welcome to email your TeamMate representative with any questions you have whether it's before, during or after the conference.

At this conference, will TeamMate discuss the latest software enhancements and products they are developing?

Yes. You’ll receive the latest information on TeamMate as well as other products and services that benefit audit professionals.

Suppose I see a product or service that I would like to implement immediately. Can I make arrangements at the User Forum for such a purchase?

Certainly. The forum is all about our customers and their needs. If our customers want to acquire a solution they saw at the conference, it will be available to them immediately.
