We are focused on student success, and we decided the very first thing we had to do was to provide students with consistent resources in every course. Lippincott CoursePoint, vSim, and DocuCare are resources we can use from the very beginning of the program all the way through graduation. Having everything integrated has maximized our use of these resources and has enabled us to be learner-centered.
Moving to a concept-based curriculum is really the only way to effectively teach students the material they need for the job and to equip them with the critical thinking and collaboration skills they will need to deliver the best patient care.
Lippincott® DocuCare has improved our students’ charting performance as well as critical thinking, and makes them more prepared for practice after graduation. As a teacher, it lets me provide immediate feedback to students, and helps them develop clinical reasoning while influencing their ability to perform clinical skills.
“It’s a really great experience in making decisions under patients’ real-life changes and it’s really the closest thing we’ve had in lab to real-life clinical experience.” – Laura Gubrud, nursing student, Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Connecticut

Lippincott Advisor is a comprehensive resource that allows students to efficiently research disease processes and medications in both the classroom and clinical setting. Advisor is easy to navigate, and ties in well with the Lippincott CoursePoint digital textbooks being used.
There’s no comparison. PassPoint is the best product I have ever used.
With Lippincott CoursePoint, students come to class better prepared than previously. They’re more engaged and their test scores have gone up.
“We love having Lippincott when it comes to Joint Commission and CMS visits. When CMS recently had a question about a policy of ours, we told them that ‘we use Lippincott’. They immediately replied, ‘Great, then we know it’s definitely up to date.’” – Tara Baker, RN, BSN, Clinical Educator, Meritus Medical Center, Robinwood, Maryland
