This form is an interim version of the URLA that does not contain Section X. Information for Government Monitoring Purposes. This form can be used with the Demographic Information Addendum (VMP1602) to comply with the new HMDA data collection requirements that take effect January 1, 2018. Lenders are permitted to begin using the Demographic Information Addendum as of January 1, 2017. Once lenders begin using the Demographic Information Addendum, they can also use this interim version of the URLA. This form will be replaced by the revised URLA. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have not yet established the mandatory compliance date for the revised URLA.
