In this 4-part webinar course, you will learn how to use CCH Central's wealth of features, and get best practice guidance that will help you unlock the software’s full potential for a range of common user scenarios.

Your presenters will be Wolters Kluwer Professional Services Consultants who combine deep product knowledge and training expertise with real-world experience of accounting and tax. During this course you will have the opportunity to ask questions and to discuss the best practice examples in the context of your own practice.

Course contents

  • Making database choices - to get the most out of integration across the CCH software suite you need to make sure your Central database is set up correctly; we will show you how. Giving you the best experience across the CCH suite.
  • Using Extra Fields - we will demonstrate how to set up the Extra Fields in CCH Central to make it easier for you to filter and extract information for reporting and data mining.
  • Win and retain clients - using best practice examples, you will learn how to use mail merge fields in CCH Central to maximise the effectiveness of your email marketing.
  • Managing data - we will explore how to identify and fill gaps in your client, contact and association data, so you can access all of your clients information at a glance.
  • Reporting - you will discover the key Smart reports from CCH Central that will drive organisational success.
  • Managing jobs - the Job Management features will help your staff meet their deadlines, so it’s important to use them correctly. Learn how to set milestones and complete schedules to use the employee planner for annual leave.
