Mark is the Customer Experience Vice President for Clinical Effectiveness servicing UpToDate® and Medi-Span® where he uses a data-driven approach and leverages his functional expertise to lead the company’s efforts to deliver positive customer outcomes. He brings a wealth of technical and business experience to his role.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Mark served as the Global Executive Director of Customer Success for Motorola Solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and his master’s degree in computer science from Elmhurst University.
