Wolters Kluwer appoints Head of Investor Relations

Wolters Kluwer nv has appointed Annie Hull-Bom as Head of Investor Relations. She will report to the Chairman of the Executive Board and will assume her Investor Relations responsibilities with effect from 1 June 2000. In this capacity Annie succeeds Hans van Dinter, who will continue his activities as Chief Financial Officer of Wolters Kluwer nv.
Annie Hull-Bom has in the past six years worked as Media Analyst for Kempen & Co, one of the leading merchant banks in the Netherlands.
