The X-Factor: Driving Customers’ Success

Creativity, engagement, proactive behavior, insight, capacity to improvise, capacity to improve, innovation, and synergy make up the X-Factor that, multiplied by the time spent on a project, determine its success.  This was one of the many take-aways for the 700 professionals from the Netherlands that were invited by Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting to attend the 2012 National Accountancy Day, organized by its product line Twinfield.

Focused on ‘The Connected World,’ the conference looked at how professionals need to respond to the changing demands of their clients, services, and business models in a different way, as new technologies allow professionals to be ever-more connected and share information more easily.

What the accountancy sector has to get ready for
Attendees heard first-hand from Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting CEO Kevin Robert and other prominent speakers about the future, online path that the accountancy sector has to get ready for. He outlined that for accountant firms, one of their top priorities is managing knowledge workflows, next to connecting and collaborating. He indicated that for Tax & Accounting professionals worldwide, the company is committed to leveraging the global platforms, delivering customized and collaborative, cloud solutions for its customers across the globe.
‘The Connected World’ in the social media universe
The conference was a great success with customers, partners, and employees highly engaged and interaction through social media platforms such as Twitter directly their experiences, insights and feedback on ‘The Connected World’ theme.
Other speakers from within and from outside the industry talked about the latest trends and developments in accountancy, innovation, technology, and social media.
