More than 700 ideas and projects came in from employees all across the company earlier this year. Through a rigorous selection process, which included Innovation Tournaments
with company-wide voting, 16 teams were invited to present their project or idea to the Innovation Board, a jury featuring prominent external and internal innovation experts.
The winning projects or ideas were chosen based on their potential to drive innovation and new ways of doing business across the organization.
